Timely cooperation is essential. Delays caused by your non-responsiveness in sharing required documents or approvals may impact service delivery timelines, and Elixir Filings shall not be liable for such delays.

05Fees and Payments

All service fees quoted by Elixir Filings are exclusive of government fees, statutory charges, stamp duty, and applicable GST, unless stated otherwise. Government fees and third party charges paid on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances.

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees through the payment methods available on our platform. Elixir Filings reserves the right to revise its fee schedule at any time, though any change will not affect an engagement already confirmed and paid for.

06Government Processes and Outcome Disclaimer

Many of our services involve submissions to government authorities such as the MCA, GSTN, CGPDTM, FSSAI, and other regulatory bodies. Elixir Filings does not control the processing timelines, approvals, or decisions of any government authority, and delays or rejections by government portals are beyond our control.

Elixir Filings will use professional skill and care in preparing and filing your application, but we do not guarantee that any government authority will approve, register, or grant the outcome you are seeking. This applies in particular to:

• ✓Trademark applications, where acceptance, objection, and opposition outcomes are at the sole discretion of the Trademarks Registry
• ✓Company and LLP incorporation, where name approval and registration are at the discretion of the Registrar of Companies
• ✓Licenses such as FSSAI, where approval is subject to inspection and the discretion of the licensing authority

We will not disclose your information to any third party except as required to deliver your specific service, as required by applicable law, or with your explicit written consent. 12Termination

Elixir Filings may suspend or terminate your access to our website or an ongoing service engagement, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity, or non-payment of fees due. Termination of an engagement does not entitle you to a refund of fees already earned, as described in our Refund Policy.

13Force Majeure

Elixir Filings shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including government portal outages, changes in law, natural disasters, strikes, or other events of force majeure.
